Terms of Service

Welcome to Entryway Expressions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our in-person décor and installation services. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Business Overview

Entryway Expressions provides custom seasonal front porch décor, including design, delivery, installation, and removal. These terms apply to all services and online activity associated with Entryway Expressions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, checks, and invoiced payments following an approved quote.

  • Full Payment Required: Full payment is due before the scheduled installation date.

  • Installation Scheduling: Installations must be booked at least one week in advance.

  • Installation Window: We provide a 1–2 hour window for arrival to accommodate daily schedules and ensure quality service for each client.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled installation will receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of installation will receive a 50% refund of the package price, plus a 100% refund of any separate delivery or design fees.

  • Exceptions: If the design fee or delivery fee is included in the package or provided free of charge, those portions are non-refundable.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Entryway Expressions provides local delivery and installation only; we do not ship décor items.

  • Delivery may be free or include a small fee depending on the customer’s ZIP code.

  • Locations beyond 50 miles from our main service area require a custom delivery quote.

  • Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation area at the scheduled time.

5. Photography & Marketing

We take photos of completed installations to showcase our work.

  • We may use photos of your home or building’s exterior and landscape for marketing purposes unless you provide written notice requesting otherwise.

  • We will never include people or street signs in marketing photos without your written permission.

  • House numbers may appear in some images.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear and safe access to the installation site on the agreed date (including gate codes, and an unobstructed path to the onsite installation location).

  • Notifying Entryway Expressions in advance of any schedule changes, access limitations, or property restrictions.

  • Protecting décor items from theft, severe weather, or damage after installation unless otherwise arranged.

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Compliance:
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their décor installation complies with all HOA or neighborhood regulations. Entryway Expressions is not responsible for reviewing, verifying, or obtaining HOA approval on behalf of the customer.
If the HOA or any governing body requires that décor be modified or removed, the customer assumes all associated costs for removal or alteration, and no refund will be issued for the original installation or décor package.

7. Liability

Entryway Expressions is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.

  • Damage or loss resulting from weather, accidents, or misuse after installation.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

We take every precaution to ensure safety and quality in all installations.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree first to attempt informal mediation.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law.
Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise decided by the mediator or arbitrator.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and brand materials are the property of Entryway Expressions and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
