    Let us know if something isn’t right.

  2. We Fix the Issue
    Our team will return promptly to adjust or replace your décor.

  3. Full Refund If Needed
    If you’re still not satisfied after adjustments, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Policy Details

  • Applies to all purchases made directly through Entryway Expressions.

  • Custom or specialty orders are also covered but may require return of materials before refund.

  • Refunds are processed once items are returned or service completion is confirmed.
